5Pcs Adjustable Timer Switch Module with Delay Relay for DC 12V Applications Time Disconnect Control

The time delay relay is designed for 12 V DC power supply. When powered, the relay does not engage immediately. Initial output status: normally open (NO) and common (COM) are disconnected; normally closed (NC) and COM are connected. After a user-adjustable delay of 1–10 seconds, the relay engages. Output status then changes to: NO and COM connected; NC and COM disconnected. This engaged state remains as long as power is continuously supplied. Delay time is adjustable from 0 to 10 seconds using the onboard potentiometer. Increasing resistance or capacitance (e.g., capacitor C1) extends the delay. The module includes an input power indicator LED, a relay, and status indicator LEDs. It supports AC 220 V / 10 A load control (maximum 2000 W). Built-in relay protection safeguards connected devices. Delay time follows the formula: T = 1.1 × R × C. Example: With C = 100 µF and R = 100 kΩ, T ≈ 11 seconds. This timer helps prevent inrush current damage—ideal for automotive applications (e.g., protecting car socket circuits) and scenarios requiring staggered startup of multiple devices.
