This 5L running hydration vest backpack is engineered for breathability, lightness and reliability. Measuring 35 x 18 cm (13.8 x 7.1 inches) and weighing only 140 g (4.9 oz), it uses a 90% nylon / 10% spandex fabric that balances waterproofing, tear resistance and flexible comfort. Ventilated mesh covers the full back panel and shoulder straps to sustain airflow and manage heat build-up. Includes a 1.5L water bladder for seamless hydration, plus two functional storage zones: an elastic front pocket and a zippered shoulder strap pocket — both sized and positioned for real-world use.
