50A Low-Resistance Solar Charge Controller

This solar charge controller functions as a high-efficiency, low-loss anti-backflow diode module rated for 50A continuous current and 9–80V DC operation. Its electrical performance centres on a 100V/300A MOSFET and ultra-low 2 milliohm internal resistance, yielding a measured 0.04V voltage drop under full load. The PCB measures 44 mm × 18 mm and uses silver-and-black finish for corrosion resistance and thermal monitoring. Connection is made via screw terminals (Type A-with-terminal), supporting straightforward integration. Grounding is required for proper IC activation and safe operation. The management IC only powers up when input voltage is applied — ensuring zero standby consumption. Ideal for standalone solar setups, RVs, marine applications, and small off-grid homes across the UK and EU.
