This brushless motor controller accepts DC input between 12V and 36V, delivers up to 500W of power and handles continuous current of 15A. It is purpose-built for Hall-effect sensor-based BLDC motors, using three Hall inputs to determine rotor position and drive precise phase sequencing. The result is smoother torque delivery, reduced acoustic noise, and improved efficiency — particularly noticeable during variable-speed operation and at low RPMs. Its compact, plastic-housed board layout facilitates integration into custom enclosures, educational robotics platforms or small-scale industrial controls. Commonly deployed in e-bikes, electric scooters, DIY CNC routers, cooling fans, water pumps and air blowers — wherever stable speed control, quiet running and reliable commutation matter.
