500W 12-36V Brushless Speed Controller

A high-efficiency brushless motor controller designed for 12–36V DC operation, capable of sustaining 15A current and up to 500W mechanical output. The unit uses advanced MOSFET-based switching and is built for hall-free BLDC motors, supporting both forward and reverse rotation. Speed adjustment is implemented via external analogue (10–50KΩ potentiometer) or digital (5V PWM) inputs. It integrates an 18mm-thick aluminium heat sink to manage thermal load during prolonged use — fan-assisted cooling is recommended under sustained high-power conditions. All interface points — power input, UVW motor outputs, and control signals — are bare pads requiring hand-soldering with proper grounding to prevent electrostatic damage. Input polarity reversal or UVW phase shorts will result in permanent failure. While broadly compatible with mainstream hall-free motors, users must validate compatibility individually due to motor-specific electrical characteristics. Colour variation between batches does not affect functionality.
