Activation is instantaneous upon sensor separation. The built-in reminder function detects prolonged open states and initiates a scheduled alert cycle: rings every 5 minutes, stops after 5 occurrences, and can be deactivated with a single button press. System supports mixed deployment: one receiver manages up to 50 sensors, and each sensor broadcasts to any number of receivers — enabling zone-based monitoring or redundancy across critical access points.
