500A IP67 Latching Winch Relay Set

A purpose-engineered 12V winch relay system featuring 500A maximum load current, dual-coil latching action, and IP67 environmental sealing. Constructed from black ABS plastic, it uses quick-plug terminals for tool-free direct plug installation. Core specs: 12V DC coil voltage, 4.5Ω coil resistance, 30W coil power, conversion contact configuration, 50 mΩ contact resistance, 15ms contact closure time and 9ms contact break time. The kit includes one 500A relay unit, two wireless remote controls, and one wired controller with integrated wire. Designed specifically for 12V electric winch control in variable-duty applications — from weekend off-roading to commercial land management — this relay prioritises durability, efficiency and ease of integration. The dual-coil latch design consumes no power while holding position, reducing cumulative heat and extending service intervals. Its IP67 rating permits mounting in locations inaccessible to standard relays — behind bumpers, inside mudguards or on open-frame trailers — without external housing. The inclusion of two remotes supports versatile operational roles — one for primary control, another for secondary monitoring or assistance — while the wired controller ensures uninterrupted function during adverse RF conditions or remote battery depletion. All components are pre-validated for mutual compatibility, eliminating interoperability risks common when mixing brands or generations of winch controls.
