50-Sheet A5 Solar Art Paper

A pack of 50 A5 cyanotype printing papers specially formulated for solar exposure art. Each sheet features a light-sensitive emulsion that reacts to ultraviolet rays, producing Prussian blue images when developed with plain water. Paper weight and surface texture are optimised for sharp detail capture from organic materials such as ferns, petals or handmade stencils. Compatible with standard clear glass or acrylic press plates — the acrylic’s protective film must be removed before use. Exposure duration varies with sunlight intensity but typically takes around 10 minutes in full sun. Final development involves three water steps: initial 60-second rinse, 2–3 minute immersion in clean water, and final rinse before hanging to dry naturally.
