Housing is made from durable transparent plastic and ABS, enabling real-time visual monitoring of flow and screen condition. Internal filtration relies solely on a fixed stainless steel mesh rated at 50 mesh (approx. 300 micron retention). It weighs less than 150g and maintains structural integrity under typical domestic and mobile (RV, yacht) operating pressures. Suitable for cold water, diesel, lubricating oil, and compressed air systems where coarse particulate removal is required prior to sensitive components.
