5 Wax Guards For CIC ITE RIC Hearing Aids

This pack contains five GN Wax Guards PN 20439700 — universal-fit filters for CIC, ITE, and RIC hearing aids from Resound, Unitron, and Widex. Each guard features a tapered profile and flexible skirt for secure retention in varied sound bore geometries. The ultra-fine stainless steel mesh acts as a physical barrier against cerumen and skin flakes without dampening audio fidelity. Lightweight and non-allergenic, they sit flush with the hearing aid outlet for discreet operation. Replacement takes under 10 seconds using the included tool — no disassembly required. Designed for daily wearers who prioritise consistency: replacing every 4 weeks maintains peak acoustic transparency and prevents gradual performance drift caused by incremental wax accumulation. Backed by field data from UK-based hearing care providers, this solution is widely adopted in domiciliary care settings where ease of use and reliability are non-negotiable.
