5-100kg Forearm & Finger Trainer

Exact footprint: 11.5 cm (length) × 8 cm (width) × 2.5 cm (height). Total weight approx. 280 g. Main structural material: injection-moulded PPS with embedded 4 mm high-tensile spring. Resistance adjustment achieved via external collar — full range: 5 kg to 100 kg (11–220 lbs), calibrated per ISO 8549 standards for hand-held dynamometry. Mechanical counter features large, deeply engraved digits with tactile button feedback — press to increment, twist to reset single/tens. TPR grip zones are moulded in three density gradients: firmer under metacarpals, softer under distal phalanges — mimicking natural tissue compliance for prolonged comfort. Used across UK healthcare pathways: orthopaedic outpatient rehab, MSK physiotherapy, stroke recovery units, and community occupational therapy services. Also widely adopted by rugby, rock climbing, and jiu-jitsu clubs for injury prevention and grip-endurance periodisation — particularly effective for improving sustained crush strength and finger flexor endurance.
