Each foam insert measures 405 mm (L) × 305 mm (W) × 25 mm (H) and is made from odourless, flexible polyurethane foam. Four identical pieces are included in the pack, with total thickness of 25 mm per layer — ideal for layered or single-layer protection. The pre-cut grid pattern enables clean, tool-free customization by hand: simply peel or press along the perforated lines to create custom cavities. These inserts provide reliable cushioning and impact absorption for tools, cameras, lenses, electronics, and other sensitive equipment during storage or transit. Their resilience ensures long-term shape retention after repeated compression, while the black colour offers a professional, low-reflectivity interior finish. Designed for use in standard toolboxes, camera cases, instrument flight bags, and modular storage systems — compatible with any container having internal dimensions ≥405×305 mm. Allow 2–6 hours of air exposure post-unboxing for full recovery from shipping compression; light tapping helps accelerate rebound.
