4pc Underfloor Flow Regulator

Four-piece set of 3/8 inch flow regulating valves with integrated visual flow indicators, built for integration into underfloor heating manifolds. Dimensions per unit: 75 mm length × 22 mm diameter; metal body with brass internal components and tempered glass flow tube. Total set weight: ~0.6 kg. Intended for permanent installation in accessible manifold cabinets — not designed for concealed or buried locations. Each regulator features a calibrated scale on the adjustment collar for approximate repeatability between circuits. Flow visibility works best under natural or LED lighting; performance unaffected by water clarity or minor sediment. Suitable for closed-loop domestic hot water systems operating within 1–6 bar pressure range and max. 60°C fluid temperature. Used during system balancing: adjust each valve until flow indicators show matching rise height across circuits — a simple, field-proven method aligned with CIBSE and BS EN 12831-1 guidance for even heat delivery. Reduces cold spots and eliminates ‘hunting’ behaviour in thermostatic mixing valves downstream.
