4A TB6600 Stepper Driver 32x Microstepping

This upgraded TB6600 stepper motor driver operates on DC 9–42V (recommended 12–30V), delivering up to 4.0A peak output current for two-phase hybrid stepper motors including NEMA17 and NEMA23 models with torque ≤1.8N·m. Physical dimensions: 78 mm × 58 mm × 28 mm; approximate weight: 120 grams. Uses H-bridge bipolar constant-current drive architecture with high-speed optocoupler isolation for pulse (PUL), direction (DIR), and enable (ENA) inputs — compatible with 3.3V to 24V logic levels without external resistors. Features 7 microstepping modes (1, 2, 2A, 2B, 4, 8, 16, 32) set via 6-bit DIP switch, and 8 current settings (0.5A–3.5A) for precise motor tuning. Includes built-in thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, automatic half-current hold during standstill, and motor noise suppression. Commonly deployed in CNC routers, laser engravers, plotters, crystal grinding machines, marking systems and automated assembly lines.
