These black plastic stepper motor drivers operate within a nine to forty two volt DC input range and deliver adjustable current for automated machinery. They integrate multiple electrical protections and configurable step segments to suit various CNC controlled applications. 1. Material and Color: Finished in durable black plastic construction. 2. Electrical Specifications: Supports an input voltage of 9 to 42 VDC, provides an output current between 0.5 A and 4.0 A, and offers selectable step segmentation of 1, 2, 4, 8, 3, or 32 phases. 4. Safety and Thermal Management: Includes integrated temperature monitoring, overcurrent and voltage protection, reverse blocking, and a 200 ms interval function that reduces output current to 50 percent to limit motor heat generation. 5. Application Compatibility: Compatible with 42, 57, and 86 mm stepper motors in small and medium automatic equipment featuring CNC controllers, including X, Y, Z tables, labeling machines, engravers, and pick and place stations. 6. Packaging Quantity: Ships with four standalone stepper motor drivers, with no supplementary items included.
