Measures 37 × 15 × 7.5 cm and weighs approximately 420 g. Built from EU-compliant food-grade ABS plastic — rigid, non-porous and resistant to common kitchen acids (e.g., lemon juice, vinegar marinades). Contains 49 identical, vertically oriented holes arranged in a grid pattern — each sized to accommodate standard grilling skewers ≥25 cm. Optimised for layered ingredient loading: place an 8 cm-thick slab of marinated meat or firm veg, press skewers through top-to-bottom, then slice along the integrated guide. Suitable for repeated use in domestic kitchens, holiday cottages and mobile food stalls across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
