Measures 15 cm long × 3.5 cm wide × 11.5 cm high. Built using food-safe stainless steel needles and impact-resistant ABS plastic — total weight approx. 220 g. Contains 48 precisely aligned blades designed to pierce muscle fibres up to 25 mm (1 inch) deep. Includes a snap-fit ABS cap with double-locking mechanism to cover blades fully during storage. Base detaches easily for targeted cleaning between blades with a standard kitchen brush; unit is certified top-rack dishwasher safe.
