45mm Thermal Break Insulation Washers

45mm-diameter white polypropylene washers with 5mm central holes, supplied 200 per pack. Developed for thermal break functionality in rigid insulation assemblies, particularly where metal fasteners would otherwise create conductive paths through XPS or EPS boards. Their low thermal conductivity and broad contact area interrupt heat flow while distributing mechanical loads uniformly. Suitable for use behind render, tile hanging, timber battens, or direct-fixed cladding systems. Lightweight yet stiff, they install quickly with no tools beyond standard screwdrivers or impact drivers. Compatible with all common insulation fixing types including umbrella-head, disc-type, and threaded anchors.
