40A High-Power Motor Speed Controller

A robust, general-purpose PWM motor speed controller rated for DC input voltages from 9 V to 55 V — ideal for 12 V automotive accessories, 24 V forklift hydraulics, 36 V e-scooters and 48 V solar-driven pumps. It delivers linear output voltage under load and enables precise speed control using a standard 100 KΩ potentiometer. Continuous current capacity is 40 A, with switching performed at 25 kHz to reduce motor heating and acoustic noise. Electrical interface uses insulated fence-type screw terminals for safe, high-reliability connections. The PCB is designed for durability and thermal dissipation. Please note: no installation documentation, mounting hardware or control knob is included. Colour and minor physical details may differ slightly between batches — these do not affect electrical performance or safety compliance.
