400W BLDC Motor Controller 6-60V

This brushless DC motor controller supports input voltage from 6V to 60V DC (recommended max continuous use at 60V with safety margin). Rated operating current is 16A, with peak capability up to 20A. Continuous power handling is 200–300W; short-term operation up to 350W is possible with adequate heat dissipation. Built-in overcurrent protection safeguards the board during load fluctuations. The controller features three-phase output (MA/MB/MC) for direct connection to BLDC motors with Hall sensors. It includes dedicated 5V/50mA auxiliary power supply for Hall sensor powering (Ha/Hb/Hc +5V & GND), main power input (VCC/GND), direction control (DIR, active-low), stop control (STOP, active-low), brake control (BRAKE, active-high), and flexible speed regulation via onboard potentiometer or external 0–5V analog/PWM signal. The SC pin is a reserved speed pulse output without technical support. Housing combines metal and plastic for mechanical stability and thermal management. Designed for industrial, DIY, and automation applications where reliable, adjustable-speed control of Hall-effect BLDC motors is required.
