4000W SCR Dimmer Motor Controller

This AC voltage regulator is rated for up to 4000W under resistive loads (e.g., heating elements, incandescent lamps) and up to approximately 1330W under inductive loads such as AC motors or fans. It operates on 220V AC input with a maximum current capacity of 9A. The unit features a robust thickened metal enclosure designed for high-temperature resistance and long-term durability. Internal components include high-performance silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs) for precise power control. Voltage adjustment is fully continuous (stepless) via a rotary knob, delivering zero hysteresis, zero delay, and fast dynamic response. The front panel includes a universal multi-purpose socket and a real-time current display. Built-in protection mechanisms safeguard the SCRs against overvoltage and voltage transients. Note: Output voltage measurement requires a minimum load of 20W; unloaded readings are virtual and inaccurate. The metal housing must be properly earthed for safe operation.
