Each T-nut is CNC-machined from solid brass bar stock, with tight tolerance control on both outer profile and internal thread. Overall footprint is small (approx. 12 × 8 × 5 mm), making them suitable for narrow-track boards and compact foil wings. Total package weight is ~45 g. Brass delivers superior thermal and electrical conductivity compared to stainless alternatives — beneficial in reducing galvanic corrosion when paired with aluminium foil masts or carbon fibre boards.
