4-Pack Graphite Ingot Mould 1kg

Includes four graphite ingot moulds, each measuring approx. 100 x 50 x 25 mm externally and 90 x 40 x 20 mm internally — designed for reliable casting of 1 kg gold or 500 g silver ingots. Manufactured from premium graphite with near-zero ash content, they safeguard metal purity, resist thermal fatigue, and deliver repeatable dimensional accuracy. Their excellent thermal conductivity cuts energy use and process time, while resistance to temperatures up to 2000°C, acid/alkali exposure, and physical impact ensures sustained performance. Mechanical testing confirms 89 MPa compressive strength and 48.7 MPa flexural strength. Suitable for academic research, small-scale refining, jewellery making, and non-ferrous metal experimentation involving gold, silver, aluminium, copper, brass, and zinc.
