3pc EPP Foot Wedge Set For Stretching Squats

A 3-piece foot wedge and slant board kit engineered for functional mobility and strength training. Comprises two 12.5 × 8.5 × 3.5 cm foam wedges and one 30 × 15 × 5 cm slant board, all fabricated from high-grade, non-toxic and odourless EPP. Total mass approx. 1.2 kg. Load-rated to 600 lbs (272 kg) with no measurable compression loss after sustained pressure. Surface offers subtle texture for reliable grip in barefoot or socked use. Enables calf stretching, squat depth enhancement, forearm elevation in push-ups, core alignment in planks, and dynamic warm-up drills. Particularly effective for users seeking relief from tight calves, poor squat mechanics, or reduced dorsiflexion — supporting both rehabilitation and athletic development without external supervision.
