This 38-piece hydraulic rubber cap set includes three calibrated size groups: 4 large (2 in × 1 in × 5.5 in), 12 medium (1.4 in × 0.75 in × 3.67 in), and 22 small (0.79 in × 0.43 in × 3 in), all made from resilient, oil-resistant rubber. The material resists softening, shrinking or brittleness when exposed to hydraulic oil, diesel, gear oil and brake fluid — preserving functional lifespan. Each plug is dimensionally stable and compressible, allowing secure fit in ports with minor surface irregularities or light corrosion. Installation requires no adhesive or hardware: just firm hand pressure to seat fully, then reverse motion to extract cleanly. Keeps contaminants out and fluids in during disassembly, flushing or storage. Suitable for fixed plant, mobile hydraulics, automotive workshops and third-party service providers maintaining mixed fleets.
