38dB Gain 1090MHz LNA Amplifier Module

This high-performance RF LNA amplifier module is designed specifically for ADS-B reception at 1090 MHz. It measures compactly with standard PCB construction, weighs approximately 15 g, and operates on DC 3.3–5.0 V power supply. The module delivers a precise +38 dB small-signal gain with exceptional out-of-band rejection: −75 dB at ±50 MHz offset and −55 dB at ±1 GHz offset. Built using rugged PCB material, it ensures mechanical durability and long-term reliability in continuous front-end RF applications. Its dual-stage low-noise amplifier architecture and integrated dual-filter structure significantly improve signal-to-noise ratio by suppressing interfering signals outside the ADS-B band. Ideal for integration into portable or fixed ADS-B receivers where sensitivity, selectivity, and stability are critical.
