35mm CNC Z-Touch Plate With EDG

A compact, industrial-grade Z-axis zero-setting sensor built from anodized aluminum alloy, sized at 3.5 cm diameter × 2 cm thickness, with a clearly defined 2.5 cm active sensing zone. Supplied with a 110 cm cable and factory-installed EDG connectors for direct interface to GRBL, Mach3, LinuxCNC or similar controllers. The unit uses bottom insulation and high-conductivity contacts to ensure clean, noise-resistant triggering. Its crocodile clamp applies even pressure across the tool shank, avoiding tilt or lateral shift during zeroing. The oil- and water-resistant enclosure protects internal circuitry, while the anodized surface resists abrasion from frequent handling and tool contact. Ideal for hobbyist and light-commercial CNC routing and engraving applications requiring repeatable, low-effort tool referencing.
