3013 PP RO Membrane Housing Shell

This 3013-format RO membrane housing shell is manufactured from homopolymer polypropylene (PP), measuring 100 mm in diameter and 390 mm in height (3.94 × 15.35 inches). Its material formulation includes UV stabilisers and hydrolysis inhibitors, enhancing longevity in non-climate-controlled under-sink cabinets where condensation and ambient humidity are common. The housing incorporates two 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) interface ports positioned axially for linear flow path design. It operates reliably within a working pressure range of up to 10 kg/cm² and has been tested to withstand burst pressures exceeding 26 kg/cm² — meeting mechanical safety expectations outlined in WRAS Approval Scheme guidance for component-level pressure containment. Designed as a direct-fit replacement, it accepts all standard 3013-length RO elements (including 0.0001 micron TFC membranes), and its smooth internal finish prevents micro-scratching during membrane handling — preserving membrane integrity over successive installations.
