300V Adjustable LED Backlight Test Tool

A purpose-built LED backlight tester for TV and monitor repair, built with durable ABS casing (10.4 × 3.6 × 6.3 cm) and lightweight at only 255g packaged. Accepts universal input (85–265V AC) and delivers precisely adjustable DC output from 0 to 300V at up to 18W. Core intelligence comes from an embedded high-speed microcontroller — not add-on meter hardware — enabling stable voltage sampling and direct LED-driven display. Digital green LED readout updates in real time; calibrated scale reads '00' for short circuit and '300' for open circuit. Each group of LED light bars on the same LCD TV should show identical voltage — deviation reveals failed segments. Gradual voltage ramp-up protects lamps during ignition, and reverse-polarity tolerance adds margin for probing uncertainty. Fully isolated construction eliminates risk of electric shock, and integrated cord simplifies transport.
