A 3-channel DMX512 RGB controller built with an iron housing and PCB electronics, weighing approx. 346 g (12.2 oz). Rated for operation from -20°C to 60°C, it accepts 12V–24V DC input and delivers up to 8A per channel — supporting up to 288W at 12V or 576W at 24V. An advanced embedded control chip ensures accurate decoding of DMX512 signals and generation of clean, high-resolution PWM outputs for smooth LED dimming and colour blending. Address configuration uses a 9-position binary DIP switch bank (positions 1–9), letting users select any DMX512 starting address from 1 to 511; each unit occupies 4 consecutive addresses. Music-responsive functionality is enabled by switches 8 and 9, with sensitivity adjustment provided by switches 1–7 — offering immediate, hardware-level audio synchronisation. Its compact, rugged form enables straightforward mounting and deployment across domestic, hospitality and commercial lighting applications including bars, hotels and pubs.
