3-Blade Rubber-Metal Impeller Kit

This 3-blade impeller upgrade kit combines resilient rubber paddles (1.9 in W × 4.9 in L, 3/8 in thick, ≥725 PSI tensile strength) with rigid metal reinforcement bands (1.3 in W × 3.7 in L) for optimal performance on 2-stage snow blowers. Supplied with 9 coarse-thread 5/16-18 × 1 inch hex bolts, corresponding locking nuts, and 9 self-tapping screws — all made from robust metal. The design targets one key mechanical improvement: narrowing the gap between rotating blades and stationary chamber wall. This improves snow compression, reduces slush recirculation, and significantly lowers clog frequency — especially during repeated passes on wet, compacted snow typical across northern UK regions.
