The PE-enhanced casing prevents expansion or distortion even when fully saturated, and the embedded chip remains electrically stable across temperature fluctuations and repeated connection cycles. It operates silently and invisibly during normal printer function — collecting waste ink generated during startup sequences, head alignments, and automated cleanings — without affecting print speed, resolution, or colour fidelity.
