2P 1000V DC Lightning Surge Protector

A 2-pole DC surge arrester rated for continuous operation at 1000V DC, with 20kA nominal discharge current and 40kA maximum surge current capacity (8/20μs). Dimensions: 90mm × 36mm × 65mm; weight: 350g. Enclosure material: UL94 V-0 flame-retardant thermoplastic. Mounts directly onto standard TS35 DIN rails using a snap-fit 2P interface — no screws or adapters needed. Features a clear visual status window showing green for active protection and red for end-of-life condition. Deployed at critical DC nodes including PV string inputs, combiner box outputs, and inverter DC terminals — widely used across UK residential, farm-based, and light commercial solar installations where reliability and serviceability are prioritised.
