A purely mechanical, arbor-mounted drill bit sharpening attachment for 125mm angle grinders. Supports twist drill bits from 2mm to 13mm diameter. Constructed from high-density, abrasion-resistant plastic. Typical assembled size: 12cm × 6cm × 4cm; weight ~180g. Uses a fixed-angle guide principle — no moving parts, springs, or wear-prone mechanisms — ensuring long-term repeatability without recalibration. Compatible with standard 125mm grinding wheels (up to 10mm thickness). Designed for restoring cutting edges on HSS and carbon steel bits used in drilling applications across construction, plumbing, joinery, and electrical installations. Improves bit performance by reinstating correct point symmetry and lip relief — reducing heat build-up, improving chip ejection, and increasing penetration speed in both soft and moderately hard materials.
