2-metre length of soft-drawn copper tube with 2mm outer diameter and 1mm inner diameter. Produced from pure 304 copper alloy, offering uniform grain structure and predictable deformation behaviour. Light weight per unit length supports easy handling and manual installation without support tools. Exhibits high plasticity and tensile strength balance — allows tight-radius bending by hand or with basic tooling, while maintaining roundness and pressure integrity after forming. Retains excellent electrical conductivity (≥100% IACS) and thermal diffusivity even after repeated flexing. Deployed in refrigerant line assemblies, domestic and commercial plumbing repairs, low-voltage busbar links, switchgear interconnects, generator winding coolants and insulated cable cores — wherever compact size, conductivity and cold-work reliability are prioritised.
