2In Hot Tub Split Nut Union Fitting

A functional 2-inch split nut union fitting for hot tub heater and circulation pump connections. Made from industrial-grade plastic with smooth internal bore and uniform wall thickness. Each fitting is 2 inches in nominal size, lightweight (~120g per unit), and supplied with matching hardware: 2 washers and 4 screws per split nut (2 sets total). Intended for use on fixed-installation spas using Balboa, Gecko, Spa Builders, HydroQuip, Correctech, or Spanet control systems. Verified non-compatible with portable Saluspa units or LX-series heater modules due to port diameter and flange profile differences. Typically installed at the heater inlet or outlet union — where thermal expansion and pump vibration most frequently compromise original seals. The split design allows retrofitting without cutting pipes or disturbing adjacent valves or sensors.
