25kHz Waterproof Motor Speed Controller

Physical size: 88 × 59 × 40 mm (3.46 × 2.32 × 1.57 in); tap hole: 8 mm (0.31 in). Input: DC only, 10–60 V. Output: 0–100% of input voltage, controlled via B100K potentiometer. Speed range: 5–100%. Rated current: 10 A continuous; max current: 20 A. PWM frequency: 25 kHz. Designed with high-reliability PCB and fully sealed, waterproof housing. Terminals are screw-type with permanent silk-screened labels indicating power polarity (+/–) and motor polarity (M+/M–) — simplifying setup and minimising wiring errors. Must not be connected to AC supply or reverse-polarity DC — either condition results in immediate failure. Rated for 12 V motors ≤120 W and 24 V motors ≤240 W. Common applications include electric trolleys, greenhouse ventilation, custom robotics, portable compressors and retrofitting older DC machinery with modern speed control — particularly where ambient moisture, temperature fluctuation or mechanical vibration are present.
