25cm Square Plastic Paving Form Mold

A precision-engineered 25 cm × 25 cm concrete form made from industrial-grade polypropylene. Features uniform wall thickness (3 mm), chamfered top edges for safe handling, and a matte-textured base that minimises air entrapment during pouring. Each mold yields one flat, dimensionally accurate slab suitable for interlocking installation or spaced joint layouts. Lightweight (under 350 g) yet stiff enough to retain shape during vibration-free tamping. Compatible with standard 1:2:4 cement-sand-aggregate mixes and flowable self-leveling compounds. Designed for direct placement on prepared sub-base — no anchoring or bracing required. Clean-up involves rinsing with water; residual mortar film can be removed with mild detergent if needed. Not suitable for high-heat curing or steam-assisted setting methods.
