25A CC CV Adjustable Buck Power Supply

This 600W-rated, non-isolated BUCK topology DC-DC converter offers fully adjustable constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) operation. Designed for demanding applications like LED driver testing, lab bench use, and industrial control, it accepts 12–75V DC input and delivers 2.5–60V output (subject to step-down constraint: max output ≈ input × 0.8) and 1–25A adjustable current. Peak output power reaches 600W; continuous rated power is 500W with adequate airflow. Efficiency peaks at 95% under optimal voltage/current differentials. Operates at 80kHz switching frequency. Thermal management relies on air cooling via its metal-reinforced plastic housing. Working temperature span is -10°C to +65°C. Includes built-in short-circuit protection via CC foldback. No input overvoltage or undervoltage protection — users must ensure stable, regulated input supply. Package includes one module only.
