24V Boost Module 12V Input IP67

A high-stability, non-isolated DC-DC boost module designed to convert 12V vehicle systems to a clean, regulated 24V supply. Dimensions: 56mm × 32mm × 18mm (approx. 2.2" × 1.26" × 0.71"); ABS enclosure provides structural integrity and thermal insulation. Input: 9–20V DC; output: fixed 24V ±0.25V with selectable current ratings — 1A (24W), 2A (48W) or 3A (72W). Conversion efficiency exceeds 96%, minimising wasted energy as heat. Protection suite includes over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit response. Pure copper core wiring improves signal integrity and physical robustness at connection points. Full potting delivers IP67-level protection against dust, moisture, shock and corrosion. Rated for continuous operation from -20°C to +80°C. Includes 13cm pre-wired leads. Reverse polarity protection is not implemented.
