A purpose-built replacement foot control for vintage and classic mechanical sewing machines operating on 220V AC supply. Dimensions: 12.5 × 8.5 × 5.5 cm; weight: 380 g; cord: 2.2 m, fitted with UK 3-pin BS 1363 plug. Housing made from impact-resistant ABS with zinc-alloy internal frame; tread surface features deep-groove rubber patterning for secure foot placement. Internally equipped with a linear-taper 500kΩ potentiometer, rated for 220V/0.5A continuous duty. Confirmed compatible with all Singer models explicitly listed in the original specification — including H613, 1022, 1486, 2505, 5028, 6106, 7105, 8220, and 9805 — as well as Kenmore 484.1244180. Designed for tactile predictability: firm initial resistance, progressive travel, and clean cut-off at full depression.
