20x Brass Misting Nozzles 0.5mm Orifice

Set comprises 20 brass misting nozzles and 5 brass misting tees. Each nozzle has a 0.5 mm (0.0197 inch) orifice, 10/24 UNC external thread, and overall length of 18 mm. Material: solid brass (C36000 grade), confirmed non-magnetic and corrosion-tested per ISO 9223 C3 classification. Compatible solely with 1/4 inch OD flexible tubing (PU/PE/PVC). Operates effectively at 30–100 PSI; mist reach spans 20–40 inches depending on humidity and airflow. Supports evaporative cooling in outdoor living and working areas — proven effective in reducing thermal discomfort on patios, under shade sails, inside hoop houses and around animal resting zones. Installation requires no tools or adhesives — simply screw into pre-threaded manifold or barbed fitting.
