20Pcs 25cm Tree Mulch Rings

Set includes twenty 25 cm diameter mulch rings crafted from premium-grade nonwoven fabric — tested for >12 months’ field durability under UK temperate conditions. Fabric weight: 120 g/m². Tensile strength: ≥25 N/5 cm (MD), ≥20 N/5 cm (CD). Light transmission: 95% of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) to inhibit weed seed germination, while permitting unimpeded exchange of atmospheric gases and condensation-driven moisture recycling. Their neutral pH and inert composition avoid leaching or soil chemistry interference. Recommended for use with deciduous and evergreen trees, soft fruit canes, perennial herbs, and ornamental grasses. Particularly beneficial on clay soils prone to crusting and sandy soils vulnerable to rapid drying — adapting naturally to differing infiltration rates and drainage profiles.
