20KN Rope Access Single Pulley

Designed for professional rope access and technical climbing applications, this single pulley features a rigid 7075 aviation aluminium housing and 316 stainless steel wheels — selected for their proven performance in abrasive, wet, and chemically aggressive environments. Overall size is approx. 82 x 45 mm (3.23 x 1.77 in); total weight is kept low without sacrificing structural integrity. It supports static loads up to 20 kN and rolling loads up to 10 kN, and accepts ropes from 8 to 13 mm (0.31–0.51 in). The 15.5 mm circular hanging point is fully machined and features a thick, smooth inner wall to reduce rope wear and improve carabiner stability. Used widely across rock climbing, industrial rope access, cave surveying, emergency evacuation, and temporary bridge rigging.
