20K NTC Thermistor Compact Pack

Pack of 20 MF52AT NTC thermistors, each rated at 20,000 ohms ±1% at 25°C. Each unit features a 0.8 mm spherical ceramic bead, epoxy-dipped body, and 25 mm tinned copper alloy leads. Overall mass per unit is approximately 0.018 g. Designed for high-reliability temperature compensation in electronic instrumentation and industrial control systems. Supports two primary functions: (1) cold-end temperature compensation for thermocouple circuits, and (2) temperature-dependent offset correction in analogue front-ends, such as strain gauge bridges or RTD signal conditioners. Exhibits typical B25/50 value of 3950 K, enabling straightforward linearisation using common microcontroller firmware libraries. Commonly applied in confined spaces — e.g., between stacked PCB layers, inside sealed sensor housings, or along narrow tubing in fluid monitoring systems. Its form allows gentle bending and anchoring with adhesive or clamping without compromising electrical continuity or thermal coupling.
