20G Reusable Moldable Dental Gel

A 20g solid dental gel formulated from plastic resin, delivered as 12 discrete white particles. When immersed in boiling water, particles soften and fuse into a homogeneous, semi-transparent, rubber-like mass within approximately 60 seconds — fully malleable by hand for custom shaping. Sets firmly at room temperature; cold water immersion speeds hardening. Final cured form is dimensionally stable, resistant to compression and abrasion during daily oral activity, and creates a physical barrier against environmental contaminants entering interdental or denture-to-gum spaces. Designed exclusively for short-term, non-invasive dental support: temporary occlusal fillings, minor denture base modifications (e.g., removing surface imperfections or improving marginal seal), assisting whitening gel retention, and stabilising fractured or partially missing enamel structures. Not suitable for load-bearing surfaces or long-term clinical use. No adhesives, solvents, or activation lamps required — entirely thermoplastic and manually sculptable. Post-cure surface imperfections (e.g., fingerprints on dentures) can be gently refined with fine-grit sandpaper.
