Supports an operating voltage range of DC 3.5 to 60V or DC 4 to 90V depending on the selected model, with a maximum operating current of 20A. 2. Maintains an extremely low on-resistance of 3.6mΩ to 4.6mΩ to keep voltage drop minimal and quiescent current at 300μA during normal operation. 3. Utilizes a plastic and metal construction paired with a built-in heat sink to manage thermal output across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. 4. Ships as a single module intended for simple wiring setups that provide reverse polarity protection and circuit safeguarding against backflow damage.
