20A Linear Load PWM Controller

Ultra-compact motor speed regulator sized 77 × 45 × 28 mm, built with durable polycarbonate (PC) casing reinforced with internal metal structural elements for mechanical stability and thermal management. Rated for continuous 20A DC output and 1200W power across input voltages from 10V to 60V — covering 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V applications. Output follows linear load characteristics for predictable torque-speed response. Speed is adjusted manually via included potentiometer with 20 cm lead and 7 mm panel cut-out requirement. Connection uses robust barrier-type terminal blocks rated for repeated insertion. PCB mounting area measures 73 × 40 mm; net unit weight is only 73 g. Operates at fixed 25 kHz PWM frequency for silent, efficient performance.
