20A Industrial DC Boost Converter Module

This industrial-grade DC-DC boost module delivers up to 1200W with 8–60V input and 12–80V continuously adjustable output. Rated for 20A input and output, it integrates a double iron-silicon-aluminium core, four 1.2mm pure copper windings, and 100V/210A low-resistance MOSFETs. Protection features include input MOSFET safeguarding, overcurrent and short-circuit response, and intelligent thermal management via thick heatsink and temperature-triggered fan. Peak efficiency reaches 95%, dependent on voltage differential and load. Switching frequency: 150kHz. Quiescent current: 15mA. Operating temperature: -40°C to +85°C. Constant current range: 0.5–20A. Output power = input voltage × 20A (e.g., 50V input yields ~1000W practical output). Mounting: four 3mm screws. Usage notes: minimum input 8V; output voltage must exceed input in CC mode; avoid output short-circuit testing; always unload before power cycling.
