20A DC Power Line EMI Filter

A purpose-built passive DC line filter for electromagnetic interference (EMI) reduction in high-noise DC environments. Rated for 50V and 20A continuous operation, it implements a three-part filtering strategy: primary LC stage, common-mode choke section, and secondary dual-LC stage. Component specifications include four 50V 470µF electrolytic capacitors (13mm diameter), three 100nF film capacitors, two FeSiAl magnetic ring inductors, one flat copper tape common-mode inductor, and two 7.62mm 2-pin sockets. The circuit is mounted on a double-sided FR4 PCB and enclosed in ABS plastic. Ideal for cleaning DC outputs from switching power supplies, especially in automotive, motorcycle, and mobile equipment where EMI compromises audio fidelity or digital signal integrity. Minor cosmetic variations between batches do not affect functionality.
